Settlement for Ex-employee of Major Bank

Together with Jason Galbraith Marten QC, I acted for an ex-employee of a major bank and a settlement was reached the terms of which require strict confidentiality.

Jason and I have worked together successfully on other matters including re-instatement of a senior banker temporarily caught up in the infamous LIBOR scandal.
