Alan Turner - Commercial/Employment Law Solicitor
Alan retired some years ago as senior partner of the firm which he established in Preston (now Turner Pearson), practising mainly in commercial, licensing and property matters. He was co-founder of the highly rated Highfield Priory School as an educational charity, was involved in the set-up of Preston Marina and many other local businesses and institutions including the development for charitable community use of Lytham Hall, a Georgian Grade One listed building. He is a well-known local chorister, has been a lifelong member of Preston Grasshoppers RFC and has trekked extensively including attaining a height of almost 18,000ft in the Kashmiri Himalayas.
He has for some years been a practising consultant solicitor with GTE Law working primarily in Preston and the Fylde Coast assisting mainly with Settlement Agreement advice.
