To help with this, we have prepared an Employee Questionnaire which you can download here.  By completing this we can assess the claim quickly and put it forcefully at the outset. The more clearly you set out your case and supply us with information, the better your chances of a prompt success. Your bill should also be lower.

You also need to put documents into date order and prepare a note of any which your employer may have so that we can request them.

Before speaking to us, you should create a chronology. This will need to show events have changed to your disadvantage.
